::I’m so impressed with The Cumberland and the leasing agent, Annie. I took the weekend to look for apartments and Annie is the only person out of all the places I looked at that made me feel like she genuinely cares. She got to know me and my needs, then tailored the tour to show me the best units for what I’m looking for. The location can’t be beat and the apartments are great, but I will lease here simply because of the staff.

::Cute place but front desk people aren’t very helpful though. Both times I asked for help with something, the person was like ummm the next person should know more about that I’m about to leave. Lol

::I lived in in this building for a year (2015-216) and absolutely loved it! The staff is second to none. The leasing agents (especially Lauralee) are amazing, and the front desk concierges will know you by name. Also, the maintenance guys are GREAT- they will handle any problem for you the same day and are so friendly. The major pros of this building include parking that is underneath the building, 24/7 concierge service, package delivery to the front desk and a UPS store in the lobby, main level computers and printers, and a huge social area on the main floor. The only real con I can think of is that some of the residents are on the older side, and this led us to some noise complaints. Overall, there is a good mix of people living in this building. I would highly recommend the Cumberland, and if I hadn't had to move out of state for work, I would still be living in this building!

::I stayed in the guest suite as a visitor of the resident. The staff was very nice and they had some kind of Thanksgiving potluck going on. I was pretty impressed and would definitely enjoy it if I lived here.
