  There are so many hidden gems on Broadway, this is one of them, lovely tea options and their chocolate pastries and mousse is to die for.

  When I was here before, there was Wifi. Now the barista says there isn't. Not the friendliest place and the tea is just ok. For iced, they don't steep it enough so its weak.

  best bubble tea I have ever had. may be slightly pricey but totally worth it

  Enjoyed their rose oolong milk tea with unsweetend boba, brownies were OK, croissant was really good. friendly, quick service

  The bubble tea is very natural, Taiwan oolong is my favorite flavor. And the strawberry creampuff is not that sweet and tastes really great! But no wifi here.
