  I could not be more pleased with this medical facility. I originally treated with Dr. MacAdams and she has incredible bedside manners and explained everything to me so well. I was also helped by nurse Bailey and a great ultrasound technician (I unfortunately cannot remember his name but I do know his parents are from El Salvador) but they both were so polite and caring that it almost made me forget why I was there. Knowing that I can come here for my health concerns is such a nice reassurance because I know I’ll be treated in a wonderful, quick and professional manner.

  This will probably be the last time I use this urgent care. Literally took about 5 hours for my son to be taken care of. Could of gotten faster service at the emergency room. I've been to umc quick care as well as southwest. Never experienced such wait times. I have two young children with me. Its going on midnight. These people have no sense of urgency whatsoever. My kids are tired, Im tired. Never again. This will be my absolute last option. Union definitely sold us a dream with this place. Its not what its cracked up to be. Wish I could go to work and be as nonchalant as these people. The doctor was nice and took time to explain what was going on to my son. But overall takes too long to get treated so that would definitely deter me from returning.

  This location was amazing. This clinic is down the best we have been to. Although it was a drive from my home, it was absolutely worth it coming here. My husband was seen immediately. All the staff was profesional and very friendly. There are good doctors here. I will continue to come to this clinic in the future. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone. pharmacy was great;they give me the medicine fast.

  As a retired member of the medical field of many years, I can appreciate the professionalism and knowledgeable staff experienced today. Extremely organized and clean atmosphere. LOVED the doctor, and Jorge's expertise is immeasurable!! Unbelievable customer service!

  I am thrilled that this place opened. I used to use the Culinary near the Stratosphere. This building is so clean and new and the staff is quite friendly. Now, I've only needed to come in a few times. Prescription refills and an emergency dentist visit last week. But so far I am happy with them and the convenience to my home. I am sorry to read the few negative reviews. I hope that improves.
