  Mr Clarence Newly was exceptional, helpful and informative. He is a very super nice man and a pleasure to speak to him.

  I've been renting at this location for two years now without any issues. The ladies were always super polite and helpful. I had a personal situation so was late on payment so of course could not access my unit but I had a family emergency and needed to get a luggage out of the unit. I explained my situation to Mr. Clarence who was very polite and kind however he referred me to the manager Sept and he was utterly rude and disrespectful saying that he couldn't help me even going as far to say "well you can't find someone to front you the money so you can pay today and gain access" and even when I asked if he could possibly walk me up there just so I can get the one thing out he flat out angrily said NO. So needless to say I am in search of a new facility to move to because I understand policy is policy but it was unnecessary to be so mean spirited, rude, and nasty.

  There is store manager by the name Sept Logan he go above and behind he is very professional and organized I was very impressed with his performance very polite and courteous to the customers. Also the staff it is very hard to find people who are so dedicated to the public. Sept keep up the good work.

  I love the customer service that Dorothy give me when i come to my storage and when i have any problems she help me with it ....she is a very good person and very respectful too ... and also Gabriel. J have good customer service and very helpful. .

  There are these 2 managers named Dorothy and Gabriel J, they are both very polite they went the extra mile very helpful. They even brewed a new coffee batch for me and they treated me as well as family, I will recommend everyone to rent here its clean and the customer service is over the top. Great job cubesmart👍👍👍👍
