  Ive been a cubesmart customer at this location for 4 years. Richard and carly have provided me with nothing but superior service. Calling me in advance if necessary, of any issues which have been overlooked on my part. Always friendly and helpful when i have needed to upsize or downsize. I will miss these people as i am in no longer need of storage. Awesome people

  Richard is a fantastic host. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I've called on a number of occasions to discuss size options and availability. Richard is always extremely helpful. We moved CubeSmart locations over the weekend, due to size availability and Richard took care of us immediately, with truck rental and billing completion. He's very much on top of what's going on at the facility. The facility is also clean, well lighted and neat. I would absolutely recommend using this CubeSmart. Thanks Richard!

  I don't give reviews much but when I do it's because I experienced great customer service!! Richard went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He showed me 4 different units until I was happy with the size. I couldn't make my mind up on the right one and Richard's knowledge helped me through the process. Want to give a big SHOUT OUT to Richard!!

  Loved the Customer Service provided by Richard, he was so helpful. My husband and I are selling our home and we where undecided on which size to rent. Richard walked us through each step and it was so easy. Thank you Richard for all your help.
