  Clean facility, helpful staff. I gave them a 3 out of 5 because I didn't feel their advertising gives you the full details. They don't mention in their ads that their is an administrative fee or that you have to pay for your own lock. I don't fault the local staff they were good to work with.

  1st time storing anything, i was impressed. I certainly was not expecting a professional experience, or service. Vanessa and Rina are rock solid employees. 5 Stars for the Ladies. The place is HUGE, well managed and clean. Thank you.

  Great experience! Brenda from the front desk was so nice and helpful. She took the time to show us several spaces, didn't rush us while we looked, and she was so friendly! The facility was extremely clean and it had a great flow. Prices were also the best we found for the space. We ended up renting without going to any other place to look.

  Brenda was a breath of fresh air. They closed at 3 on a Sunday and I showed up late at about 2:45 and she was so considerate in helping me with my unit and I had my young son with me. Those are the kind of people that you need giving great customer service in any capacity ! #5stars
