  5 stars for Marc, who was there when I moved in and out, was incredibly helpful both times, and keeps the place spotless.

  Clean, nice staff but actually closes at 6:45 so if you have a day job make a solid check list.

  Great so far attended was very great and graceful towards me. Big ups to th person or persons who hired her. Love doing business with her.

  I visited the Broadway location with a friend. The facility was clean, well organized and easily visible from the street. Their prices are within the usual scope of doing business in an over-priced city like New York.

  Not worth the price. Limited hours which is ridiculous for New Yorkers schedules. The price went up and nothing improved. I preferred the company that owned this space before cubesmart took over. I found something cheaper and closer to my home with better store hours. Look for other alternatives before here. Clean space though but understaffed. If you need something and the attendant is showing a new client a space. The office is locked and theres nobody there. One has to wait. Not good.
