I know it was an inconvenience but she still helped me with all my questions and needs. I even changed to a larger unit to store the zillion things my daughter had in her dorm room. ::The staff is always extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience setting up the cube rental, answering any challenges you might face while renting, and for the move out process. We are seasonal and rent from them annually. Also each building has multiple access doors. Easy in and out with extended access hours.
