  Over priced items. The owner doesn't handle confrontation very well. Please shoppers, check the dates of your purchases. Yesterday, I visited the store for milk and saw that it was 10 days old.

  This store is one of the cleanest stores I've been in some of their prices are a little steep their meat department the prices are very good

  Great prices on some items, a few items not so great. They really excel at budget foods with meats, seafood, produce, and some daily necessities. Things like peeled garlic and some sauces are oddly high compared to more mid-higher cost grocery stores. Personally, I enjoy the atmosphere and many of the customers I saw seemed comfortable with staff and many of which also know Spanish (ps lots of ethnic food here, especially for hispanics). It's not as diverse as the food bazaar (Bridgeport) in products or size, but you can definitely shop here every week within a decent budget and enjoy your time.

  I love the large clear bags of french fries, you cannot buy fries anywhere that good like diner fries bit better, La Fe makes them

  To expensive..what I didn't like is that every cashier has a tip jar ..it very uncomfortable to see this and the cashier's don't help you pack..This is not a restaurant is a supermarket.That tip jars should not be allowed. That store makes enough money to pay this cashier's. They probably don't even add it to the taxes.. This store is expensive .not very polite people..They look at you like if you out of this world.
