  Ive been going to this CSL location for just over 10 months. When I first started (July 2017) the service was horrible. Customer Service was diplorable. It is my understanding that they recently (since Jan 2018) got rid of several people, made some management changes, and upgraded their customer service training with current and new employees. Now this place is indeed a 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 location. Not only is the manager top-notch, but they have begun to renovate the entire building and the service is fast. Many of the phlebotomists, technicians, and leadership staff are competent, fast, reliable, friendly and provide great customer experiences at all of my visits. I highly recommend this CSL location to all new donors and those who are returning donors.

  The place is always dirty and people are very rude, the staff as well. Any woman who walks into the establishment becomes a punching bag for perverted men in the place hires cops that don't help they will actually be a part of the perverted group. This is not a place you want to be. All of the five star ratings are Google users which means that they're not real. Save yourself a lot of time and do not go to this place

  If u don't get there early you'll be there all day and it won't be worth the money unless you're desperate

  Our staff has been working really hard and making a lot of changes. Not just for donors but also those who receive those donations. I'm excited to see what is yet to come. Keep up the good work guys!!!😃😃😃
