::I went in as a first time donor. The lady at the front was helpful she asked for DL, SS card and mail for proof of address. They had checked my arms to see if they could find a vain then had me sit down and read a binder about donating plasma what to expect ect. Once I was done reading that the had me watch a 20 minuet long video reiterating the untire binder I just read as if I didnāt read it? I then when to a room where a lady set me up in there system explained that they do not give cash that you get your money on a CSL plasma debit card and thatās there is a fee to use to the card. (So you donāt even get the full 60$ your earn) she took a finger scan and then brought me the kiosk that you will sign into and the next times you come in. The kiosk went there 65 question about sexual activity, traveling, and tattoos and piercings. Once I was threw with that I went to a booth where they took a small needle and got blood from my finger to test it for several things in order to be qualified to give plasma. They also took blood pressure. Once that all came up good they took you to do a physical exam the lady doing it was all around a dirty person. She had terrible breath and very very flaky skin that flaked all over me while checking my vitals. Once I was finished with that they finally took me back to start the process they sat me in the bed/chair thing I sat there for 20-30 minuets till the lady came over. She was very nice told me exactly what she was doing and walked me threw the process however there was 25 plus people to 6 workers in the room. So she set up the machine then put the needle in me. Everything was going great I was probably half way threw the process then my fingers started to tingle I started sweating to the extreme and my ear rang and I passed out. When I passed out they didnāt even notice so i just sat back up and called the lady over and she said itās okay Iāll be okay but the needle moved while I was out so she had to āre find the veinā (owch) she moved the needle around in me until she found it and it started pumping again so another 30 minuets when by and i started to get hit again so I requested to stop and then three people came over asking if I was sure my compassion might be cut in half (even though my plasma bottle was almost full) but that was fine at this point I didnāt care it hurt and I didnāt want to pass out again. So they took it out the actually nurse cake over gave me a power aid and just made me sit for 15 minuets before leaving. She seem to really care less about my health there only interested was getting the rest of my plasma. So I finally left with my compensation. The same day not even a hour later my arm was extremely stiff and sore and starting to bruise. I went to work the next morning and I have a physical job I felt so shaky all day and the more I sued my arm the blacker the bruise got. Itās been four days since donating and my whole arm is completely black and blue. Getting worse the more I move my arm. I called today asked what I can do to make it better and the lady wanted me to come in so they could ādocument itā I repeatedly asked what they will do to help my arm I donāt want to come waste my time for them to take a picture of my arm for āthere documentsā. She just said they can give me some ice. I have been iceing my arm for the past four days and it hasnāt gotten any better. I just wanted to warn everyone that might be considering going here for your first time donating that this place just wants you plasma and could careless about your health. I will be seeing my actually family doctor tomorrow morning for some help with my arm. Just beware.

::I had to transfer to this location since I moved. Itās clean, quiet and not busy. I used to wait about 30-45 mins to get to the back at the other center.

::One person was at the front trying to handle new donors and returning donors, so there was a waiting time. I saw extra people on the back it would've been nice for them to help out instead of just standing there. Overall they need to work on costumer service.
