  Jim and his crew have closed our pool for years. They do such a great job that when it’s time for us to open the pool for the season, the work for us to get the pool in shape is minimal. He has kept our filter, chlorine generator, heater and slide in top shape since 2007. He recently did a beautiful job relining our inground. We would absolutely recommend Crystal Vision.

  To answer Elian Guzman We were contacted to open his above ground pool. The pool had less than 2 feet of water in it. No where near the skimmer. we proceeded to connect the filter system so when he added the correct amount of water he could run the pool. Pool cover was removed and folded. Customer was told to fill pool halfway up the skimmer and run his filter. He was also told he would need a vacuuming. He did not want to pay for the vacuuming. The opening and vacuuming are two separate costs. He then proceeded to contact his credit card company and dispute the opening charge. This was weeks after the opening was completed. After The card company sided with us and the dispute went our way he choose to write a negative review. Shame on you for writing a negative review after loosing the dispute. It shows your character.   I hired this company to open and clean my pool. Very bad job. Left debries and algey at the bottom of my pool. Called and they never came back to finish the job.

  I have used Crystal Vision Pools for many years and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pool service company. The owner Jim is always on site and a part of the work crew and is well trained and experienced in all phases of pool maintenance. I have them do my openings and closings and over the years they have also performed many repair and replacement services for me. These have included replacing pumps and multi-port valves as well as leak repairs. They recently measured for and installed a new replacement vinyl liner on my in-ground free form pool which was perfectly done with no wrinkles and fit like a glove. His prices are competitive and his service is friendly and professional which is why I gladly recommend them.
