::Repeated failures to deliver water. Amazing organizational incompetence. I've been a customer of theirs for years and tolerated a certain degree of screwups. But recently (spring 2016) it got much worse, so we canceled the service. They failed to deliver on 4 consecutive days they'd promised to show up, so I canceled. Then they didn't show up to remove their equipment either! You're better off with no water at all than with this company, based on my experience.
