Crushed Red takes several of the new salad restaurant concepts and combines them in a delightful way. They offer up various fresh salad ingredients, chop up your concoction, then mix it all together. Doing all three seems to be the winning combination. I have experienced this at only one other placed named the Smiling Moose. I am glad to have it here in Tulsa.

My wife and I enjoyed the food. The atmosphere and logistics need some work. Things as simple as getting a drink weren't intuitive because of the layout. Great place.

I always feel cheated when I'm at a restaurant and order a salad. Cool. I spent 15 bucks on 50 cents of lettuce. I didn't have that feeling here. You get a ton of salad, with a large variety of toppings, for a very reasonable price. I haven't had the pizza, yet, but it looks great.

The major issue is the line; it's an awkward one way for hot foot order / another for salad orders.. But then you meet at the same place to pay. If you want both a hot order and salad, well you better do a little dance, and feel dumb because you're cutting back in line. Other than the line problem, the food is excellent. The salads are prepared right in front of you and are always fresh. Fix the ordering process and the place will be great.

The atmosphere is upscale despite it being a fast-casual restaurant. I split the Mona Lisa pizza and the southwest salad. The pizza was stellar. I loved the flavors and it was just the right size. The salad was good, but middling. I expected a more creamy dressing on a southwest salad and the dressing was oil based. The taste was good, but not as flavorful as it could have been.
