  cancelled after 12 months, only to find out i was not. the attendant some how renewed me instead. I have to now dispute every charge, follow up with the state AG and credit reporting agencies... please be very careful of their negligence and subsequent finger pointing at non-existent corporate counterparts whom they will refer you to if you come into any problems.

  Staff lacks proper information and professionalism. Offered me a plan, assured me it was available, only to tell after we agreed that it was not available and it would cost more. Not the way to do business. Furthermore, instead of apologizing for the error, became defensive and blamed other people not in the store. Need better training. Manager not available and the staff was dismissive. Gym will fail if this is not corrected.

  It was a great experience and i really enjoyed my time being management and staff were awsome.

  It's a good local gym especially for beginners .... very friendly employees and trainers ☆
