  Everything was just ok, staff could have been better, classes could have been better, facilities could have been better. They have a lot to work on.

  I have used the facilities in the past. I was driving by and decided to stop as I was in need to use the restroom. Young last at the from desk (Jennifer) was adamant about not allowing me to pay even after I offered to pay...i will certainly attribute this to horrible customer service.

  The woman gave away my bike that I signed up online ahead of time for to someone that didn't while I was standing in front of her waiting to check in and then didn't apologize but just told me the class was full and it was my fault. Awesome customer service. Not.

  Good, wish they had towells consistently and more boxing equipment

  Horrible customer service. You get yelled at if you don’t have spin shoes, even though it’s their fault for not making sure bikes are repaired and in good shape. Don’t come unless you have no other option.
