::I really enjoy working out at Crunch Bowery. The facilities are really nice and its run really well. The manager Louis and the membership advisor Ron were extremely helpful from an administrative standpoint. I used to work out at Equinox, and really feel like there's not a huge difference in quality between Crunch Bowery and Equinox Bond Street, except that Crunch is much cheaper and less crowded. The classes are great, the weight room is clean, and there are tons of treadmills and a lot of cardio equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

::Great gym! One of the best l have come across on Manhattan. I use it whenever l am in NYC. The equipment and layout are great. The staff are exceptional and the manager Louis is very accomodating and welcoming! Recommended!

::The personal trainers are top notch. Been training with Daeze Merrini for over a year and she is wonderful. She pushes you but you leave feeling very accomplished and invigorated. She is a true asset and positive force to her profession. I highly recommend her.

::Worst gym ever! I joined this gym over a year ago while spending the summer in NYC and was very excited to continue using this franchise back home, they talked me into paying for 10 sessions with a personal trainer with the promise that I was going to be able to use them at the location back home (MA) since I only had time to use 2 sessions in NYC. Once I got to the new gym the refused to let me use the sessions there, after that I contacted the manager (and everyone else I knew at this location) to try to solve this issue, and they keep saying they were going to solve it but never did. After a year of trying to find a solution I' still waiting to hear back from them and never got my money back. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

::Definitely one of the better Crunch locations in the city, but at times can be way too crowded, and equipment often just disappears from day to day (foam rollers mostly). Training was great, but the cost of the gym for what you get doesn't quite add up. There are cheaper gyms that offer way more.
