  Great pool/hot tub. Very uncomfortable beds and the TV volume wouldn't go below 8. The bathroom light flickered all horror movie like. What's up with that?! Great breakfast spread though!

  THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!! Local Alaskan just staying the night from Seward since I was picking up family at the airport late. Should’ve known from the start something wasn’t right when I walked into the room and the temp was set to 85. It was so hot in there it was ridiculous which makes me believe they knew about the bugs already. Come back to the room late and find a big bed bug on the pillow of one of the beds. Immediately called down to front desk and they offered to switch rooms but we opted to leave entirely as we didn’t feel comfortable staying in a place with an infestation. When checking out the supervisor tried to insinuate that we brought the bug which we found incredibly rude. They refunded our stay but didn’t seem concerned about the bugs. Do not recommend this place

  When we checked into our 1st room, we encountered a clogged sink that maintenance couldn't fix. So I requested another room. The second room was a bit smaller but ok. We found a lot of little black bugs crawling in the Bathtub. We think they are drain bugs. Housekeeping came up with a new set of keycards for the last available room in the hotel. She claimed she just came out of there but I doubt it. I found more black bugs in the tub. We decided to leave and request a refund. The staff was kind and accommodating. Supervisor V was great and did her best. She understood. The food in cafe was great and the hot tub was sooooooo hot and soothing

  Great hotel! Had a large clean room on the corner of the property. Had awesome views from both sides of the mountains and sunrises and sunsets. Great service and kind folks. Only thing I can say I didn't care for was the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Minor complaints. Lol. Would stay here again! Highly recommended.

  Caution: My clients had a smoke inhalation issue when staying here. While sleeping in the middle of the night, their AC unit panel "melted". My clients awoke to go to bathroom in the early hours. The husband alerted the wife that there was a fire in the room (or so they thought due to the smoke). They called the front desk for urgent help. The night employee was surprised that the fire alarm hadn't gone off. when following up with the assistant manager, Andy, he was condescending which was very frustrating. All he offered was to comp one night. The management did nothing but downplay the subject at hand because they didn't want to comp my clients' awful stay. The vice president called back and also very condescending. Side note: The toilet bowl was full feces throughout the inside - Instead of moving them at that point (before smoke issue), they simply cleaned the bowl. Do not stay here if you have any expectations of minimal customer service.
