  HORRIBLE SERVICE...I CALLED IN THE MORNING TO HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. HER PLACE OF BUSINESS WAS 5 MINUTES AWAY. SHE IS A TEACHER AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR DELIVERY BY NOON. FLOWERS ARRIVED AT 2:48 PM. THEY MADE HER WAIT OUTSIDE FOR THE DELIVERY GUY TO ARRIVE...UNBELIEVABLE. EVEN WORSE, I CALLED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THE WOMAN WORKING THERE WASN'T PICKING UP THE PHONE. I FINALLY CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND SHE PICKED UP.

  WOW! I cannot even begin to say how incredible Miri and her team were!!! They truly went above and beyond with EVERYTHING. Everyone was raving about how gorgeous the floral arrangements were. Thank you Miri Day of Crown Heights Florist.

  This place is absolutely adorable! I walked in on a Sunday hoping to get a bouquet to spruce up my apartment. I told the nice lady at the counter that I was looking for a bouquet $20-$30. She asked me what colors I'd like and I said orange, yellow, and white and within 10 minutes she crafted a glorious bouquet of flowers! I'm so so happy with my purchase and will definitely be back. Reasonable prices, beautiful flowers, cheery employees - what's not to like?

  I decided this morning to have some flowers delivered for my boss' retirement party. This was the closest flower shop so I called them. The woman answering the phone was awesome - my cell reception was not great but she soldiered on to get all my information CORRECTLY. She gave me some great suggestions about what to put on the card and responded heroically to my usual approach to ordering flowers - I just describe the event and my budget and give the professionals free reign on design.
