  Definitely has to be a number to report this location. They are the worst. Not a single decent human being in there. The crazy thing is, some of these people got their jobs from being on PA. So you think they would understand... nope. I’m gonna see if I can go contact council because this is getting out of hand.

  They're unorganized even with the updated system. They are slow and they'll have you run around like a chicken with its head cut off. I hate coming here.

  Horrible with the number calling they dont call in order they repeat the same numbers more then 10x its jus ridiculous and a waste of time jus so they dont have to work

  This place is literal Hell-on-Earth! I hope the governor opens an investigation on this place and all its evil, mean, lackadaisical employees! I hope that their actions are held accountable in Federal court--and even before the almighty God! What they do to the sick, elderly, mothers and children is just down-right evil! My medical coverage was terminated because someone here at this center did not bother to process my renewal application--even though they had my application on file, it was ALREADY approved by an administrator, and automatic approval that I have from SSI MEANT MY MEDICAL COVERAGE SHOULD NOT BE INTERFERED WITH--ever!. As a result, I COULD NOT GET MY MEDICATIONS--I repeat--Because some IDIOT here could not be bothered to just do a simple task of clicking a button on their mouse, my medical coverage was terminated and I COULD NOT GET MY MEDICATIONS which I need to live--GOD Bless America! If you ever do get anything done here--make sure you get copies, and hold onto them for dear life! I repeat: hold onto all your copies of approval letters, medical coverage, etc. because some sinister person at this center will not do their right job and your benefits could be terminated in the worst way possible, like me. DON'T ever bother calling. No one answers the phone! Wait time for medical or Snap benefits ranges from several hours to all day! If you have a job, you are going to miss a days work. If you have family or other loved ones, you best inform them that you will be out all day. Bring food and water, you will be there for all day. The Police Officers and Security guards are the only people their who show any compassion. May God bless their souls.

  Just like the many other reviews, this place is unprofessional and unorganized, they look miserable just being there and do not put take their duties serious. The most apporoachable people there are the security guards. Apart from the site being the worst , there is one positive outcome from this experience. On the same street there was a street vendor selling food from a shopping cart, hands the best food around the neighborhood. The food is super cheap and be prepared to find a translator she only speaks spanish but she was very sweet !!!
