::Most honestly, I am a tough critic (aka: PITA-pain in the ass...:-P) due to my own lifetime health issues that warranted a clearance to even take my kitty cat Ricky home. Time and time again, Croton Animal Hospital stepped up to the plate and went beyond to answer my million questions and address my million more concerns via email and phone calls regarding my own health and especially Ricky's health and maintaining it. Not only are Dr. Gustavson and Dr. Popolow extremely knowledgeable, but they definitely and truly care. The staff is always friendly, personable, and extremely helpful with greeting and assisting me with carrying Ricky's cat carrier (aka: The Cat-alliac) due to my health issues. I have been in contact to many vet/veterinary hospital/clinic practice near me and all roads have always led back to Croton Animal Hospital. What I love most is that they present all options and information and we can have an open discussion so I can make my own decisions. They are excellent and I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone, and Ricky and I are lucky to have found all of you! Thank you Croton Animal Hospital for softening the "tough critic" in me!! :-D
