  The best gym, the best team. Never done crossfit before. It's been 5 month now. I was planning to go 1-2 times a week, but the program is so cool that I go 3 times a week.

  Coaches really know what they are doing. Especially good at working with individual quirks and previous injuries. Hard to find at other boxes.

  Came in while visiting for a handful of sessions. Really good programming. Great mood from the classes and coach. Fits for all levels. Equipment is top shelf. And there's plenty of room. Big big gym

  Have been a member here about four years now and it's been a life changing experience. I've been to a lot of CrossFit gyms in the city, and none of them were as welcoming and friendly as Virtuosity. I feel I've gotten a higher education in regards to fitness because of the coaches that work there. They are extremely knowledgable. The owner has always been accommodating and welcoming to me as well!! Definitely recommend to everyone I know.
