  We are visiting the Miami area and we were walking down the sidewalk. A couple of dudes from this box were running and one of them almost ran directly into my wife, and from what we could tell, he did it on purpose, she jumped over because she thought she was going to get hit. I had asked my kids to move to the side well before he got to us and he had a good 5-6 feet to get through, it’s about a 10’ sidewalk. The second guy kept it real close to us too. I’m not sure what we were doing wrong but to put it bluntly, they were a couple of jerks who apparently believe they are too haus to make through 6 feet of sidewalk. I see this box get’s good reviews, I’m a former cross fitter and still drop in on gyms sometimes and at my box at least, we as the members made up the box, good or bad reviews generally were a result of the culture of the box. I’d considered dropping in on this one, but not if that’s how the members act using a public sidewalk as part of their WOD, ridiculous.

  Unfortunately I can't keep going to this box but I have to say that I wish I could. This place is packed with outstanding coaches, amazing people and just the best vibe. They focus a lot on technique and the motivational spirit is on point.

  My first time joining crossfit and the staff at CrossFit Vida made the introduction seamless! Friendly, professional and just an overall great atmosphere inside the gym
