::So excited to see a CrossFit gym open up in my area! They have such a great facility with plenty of room for large classes. The coaches are very knowledgeable & the programming even includes performance care to make sure you don't get injured while you're getting stronger! I love that I can purchase a snack and recovery drink, even protein shakes, right at the front desk. They even have stretching/mobility classes upstairs!
