  Joining crossfit suffolk has been life changing. I never knew how much I was capable of! I am stronger both in mind and body and it has greatly boosted my self confidence. I am healthier and happier than i have been in a long time.

  My overall health has improved significantly since I began training with Crossfit Suffolk several years ago. I have gained strength, endurance, and nutritional knowledge thanks to the excellent coaches at Spartan performance. George and Lisa are detail oriented making for a safe training environment for all levels of fitness. I recommend Crossfit Suffolk to everyone I know!

  I don't know if it's because George and Lisa were early adopters as the first Crossfit Box in Suffolk or if it's because Crossfit is a true passion to them and not just the 'hot new fitness trend' and a way to make a buck, but this is the box they should all be modeled after! I've tried a couple other boxes wherever I happen to be living and I haven't found anything remotely close to what George and Lisa have built at Crossfit Suffolk. Two of the biggest knocks I hear about Crossfit are the lack of adequate coaching and a culture that puts quantity over quality. I never knew what people were talking about until I tried other boxes because I had the benefit of starting Crossfit with George who was always on top of people for their form. This is the place to be whether you're a seasoned Crossfitter looking for an awesome new community or you're looking to give Crossfit a try for the first time.
