  Not one bad thing to say about Crossfit Strong Island. I signed up for the basic/prep classes thinking I would get a decent work out in after work and change up the usually gym routine. Every time I Attended a session it was the best workout I have had. Ever. Hands down. Instructors are motivating and enforce proper form, members are supportive, facility is immaculate, You are not fit unless your Crossfit. -Jason Bourne
