::This place is so much fun!

::Awesome group of people to work out with. Coaches aren't pretentious and really do care about your health. Other gym members are always welcoming and friendly. Not the usual bro gym like a nearby place named after a city in California.

::I'd say Coach Bernie is part coach, part DJ, part saint, and 100% human. Having him stand by you as you go through your WOD not only makes you feel safe but also somehow 20-50% stronger and faster! Haha. I started with a 3-month unlimited package (summer special) and being the value consumer that I am, I wanted to come as often as I could. The first week I took three classes, the second week, four. Then I started asking around to see if every day (save Sunday) would be a good idea because I was so used making myself rest between workouts. Turns out it was one of the best decisions of my life. I'm now an everyday-er and I feel like I've come a long way since I started crossfitting here. I no longer suck at all the things that I used to suck at, i.e. running. For this, and all the awesome, kind and beautiful people at this box, I am so incredibly grateful. And oh yeah, the music is awesome (a great mix of workout hip hop, rock, and deep house)!

::Hi Rather than wax on poetic about my time at CrossFit Sanctuary I'll break it down into points to make it easier. Before that though I just want to say I have not received not or will I receive any compensation for this review. If you have any questions on this review just message me and I'll be more than happy to answer as best as I can. I found out about CrossFit Sanctuary through Groupon & I was only going to be working out there for a couple of months because I would be moving. I was treated quite nicely as if I was part of their family and welcomed. Facility and Equipment -Bathrooms are clean. Equipment and place is well taken care of. The Box is temperature controlled as well for those hot humid summer days. It is also well equipped. Basecamp/On-Ramp program Very well done program where there was at least 2 coaches on hand helping you throughout. CrossFit WODs. The WODs at CF Sanctuary were SO tough, challenging and fun. They really pushed me cardio and strength wise. After each WOD I'd be drenched in sweat but not so sore where I couldn't walk the next day which was great. I can't speak on the Beast Mode class they offer as I wasn't experienced enough to qualify for it. Another bonus is every couple of weeks there is an intense cardio class offered called Bern Baby Bern. Loads of fun and work from what I heard. Intangibles -Owners are on hand during the classes in addition to a very well trained and diverse coaching staff. -CF Sanctuary is very active in the community and works with various charities. -Members are some of the nicest people I've met. From father and son duos, brothers & sisters, Moms, to the twin sisters working out together. Even the aspiring athletes who compete were all quite nice. No D-bags, ego maniacs or unsavory characters. -Coaches. Very knowledgeable, they motivate you in good ways, very helpful too with critiques. Always willing to help. No Full Metal Jacket Sgts here. Helpful Hints. Get there at least 5-10 mins early so you can get close parking. Classes get filled up quickly so register early if possible. The Saturday morning classes fill up the Monday before. Lastly Stephen and Bernie run a tight ship over at CrossFit Sanctuary. Please check them out and give their classes a try. You really won't regret it. Thanks
