  Joining CrossFit Rising Legends is one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I’ve improved both physically and mentally since joining in April of last year. It’s the first time in my life that I actually enjoy exercising. I find myself laughing every time I go to class and forgetting about all the stressors in my life. My endurance has also greatly improved. I used to need my inhaler every day, but since starting at CrossFit Rising Legends, now I rarely need my inhaler. And Charly is an amazing coach and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He recognizes your strengths and encourages you to reach your full potential. He makes sure everyone has proper technique and makes safety a priority. It’s also great that he modifies the workouts to each person’s abilities, so that everyone can participate while still getting an effective workout. The community there is great too. I like that it’s not clique-y and that everyone is welcoming. This “fit family” makes CrossFit Rising Legends feel like my home away from home.

  I admit, intimidation kept me from initially trying CrossFit, but Charly tailored my experience to be both introductory and yet challenging for my specific level of fitness. Along with a friendly crowd of fellow members, this gym has a fun and supportive atmosphere, which is extremely helpful for those days when working out is the last thing on my mind...

  Gyms = memberships that you pay for that you never go to. Crossfit Rising Legends = unique experience tailored to your own ability with a focus on making all things possible with a supportive coach, positivity and friendly athletes. No matter what experience you have from never lifting weights to being a super strong man or woman, this place has it all. From being a non-lifter other than picking up a remote control to lifting more than I could have ever imagined. I’m definitely proud of what I have achieved. All I can say is I’m grateful for Charly and the members of this gym. Crossfit Rising Legends is definitely worth a try. You won’t regret it :)

  I love this gym! I have been going here since May of 2017. I was super intimated at first and totally out of my comfort zone at the thought of Crossfit! The Head Coach and owner Charly is truly a great person. He takes the time to coach and develop you and really becomes a friend along the way. They say this is the friendliest gym in Rockland and it truly is! From the coaches, the owners and all the people I have met a long the way. The community is really something special. I can’t say enough good things about this gym and if you are looking for a place to try Crossfit, then this is the place!

  I recently joined this gym in August and absolutely love it! It's well-organized, the equipment is new and the coaches are more than happy to work with you and help you improve, no matter what your starting point is. I was initially nervous to join a Crossfit gym, but this one is really the friendliest gym I've been to. Everyone is extremely welcoming and encouraging! Definitely join - you won't regret it!
