  This place honestly changed my life. Best box I’ve been a part of hands down. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and most importantly supportive. It could be your very first drop in and you will have people cheering you on before they even get to know your name. The coaching staff is exceptional and truly cares about seeing you grow physically and mentally. Nobody cares about your numbers compared to theirs, everyone just wants you to do YOUR personal best. After my first drop in, I knew this was my new home away from home. Highly recommend. And if you are scared or nervous, I want you to try it even more because I promise you it’s worth it.

  Best box in Westchester County! I have been going for the last 3 years & keep coming back for more. Coaches make you feel very comfortable with all the work outs. Very friendly environment with out any judgment. The class times they offer make it very easy for any working individual with a busy schedule to get their 1 hour work out in the day.

  I took my first CrossFit class at CFP almost 4 years ago (June 2014) and instantly was hooked! The coaches are dedicated, knowledgeable, and accommodating, the members are welcoming, and the workouts really do work!! From personal training, group fitness classes, to nutritional coaching and community events, this place is more than just a box and I encourage any person looking to improve their health and fitness to check it out!!

  I love this gym! Everyone is super cool and they work with people of all abilities. You don't have to be the ultimate athlete to be accepted and respected. It's really the best work out experience I've ever had.
