  One of the top gyms I’ve ever been to! Very friendly atmosphere, great coaching staff. The owners put a lot into upgrading and expanding, as well as keeping the space clean.

  Great place to workout, the coaches are very understanding and knowledgeable. The people make you feel welcomed and supported. I wish I had known about this place sooner.

  Check this place out! Great knowledgeable staff, clean facility & good positive energy among the students. This was our family's 1st time. We will be joining next week. They even offer 1st responder, mil. & family discounts!

  You're always treated like you aren't an idiot, just learning. And beyond the losing weight and gaining muscle which is always nice, you make friends. I started at this gym around February and have lost close to thirty pounds not to mention muscle gains through hard work and lessons. But if you want to work and I mean hard, this is the place to be!
