  I recently joined the current 6 week challenge, but unfortunately due to an unexpected, unplanned surgery I was unable to start. I asked for a refund of $250.00 and was denied. The alternate was to credit me and have me begin the next challenge on May 8th which I explained I would be off for over 2 weeks due to scheduled time off. Still no response as to when or if I'll be getting a refund......bad business, no signed contract and I feel a refund is warranted.

  Been going to WCF for a little over a year in the Masters Program. Our coaches are the best that I have ever had at previous gyms. Such a great environment in every aspect of what a gym/box/club should be. Couldn't think of anyplace else I'd want to work out at. Thanks for all you do.
