  I have started CrossFit almost a year ago and fell in love with it, and then I fell in love with it even more once I joined the CrossFit Momentum family with a head coach Stephanie who is not only experienced and knowledgeable Crossfit coach but also a super friendly, positive and fun person to be around. I’m always excited to go to class because I know there will be so much fun and of course a good amount of work done. The workouts are well designed and include a wide variety of movements so there is always a challenge. I’m a mother of two young boys and I’m so happy that I have Crossfit in my life as it not only keeps me in shape and active so I can keep up with my kids and teach them a handstand walk and a pull up but also makes me a happier person as it definitely improves mental and emotional health. CrossFit, no doubt, has a positive effect on the overall quality of life especially when you find an awesome box with amazing crowd like Crossfit Momentum that I am very much excited to be a part of.

  I first started with this gym in the beginning of January 2018. Its only been 2 months and the changes I am seeing in my body are INSANE! The coaches are friendly and push you to do better whenever I set foot in this gym. Normally, I am the type of person to give up when I get discouraged, but each and everytime I have felt like I can't do something- I have support from my new friends and coaches in the class. Lauren, Stephanie and Larry are full of energy and positive vibes! I can't wait to see what these coaches have in store for me in upcoming classes! Thank you guys for helping me lose fat, and gain confidence!

  I have never been to a gym more supportive, motivating, and welcoming. I love the coaches - I came with low skill level and experience and theyve been encouraging and patient every step of the way

  At first I was very intimidated by the idea of Crossfit. I am 55 years old and was NEVER an athlete, but I knew that I wanted to improve my fitness level so that I could enjoy life, pain free, for many years to come. The coaches at Momentum are skilled and encouraging. They know how to keep me moving forward towards my goals AND keep me safe. They've helped me gain so much confidence and I am achieving and exceeding my fitness goals thanks to them. The Momentum community is welcoming and supportive. I've been to other gyms, but have never experienced the feeling of camaraderie that I do here. I look forward to the daily workouts for so many reasons. Thank you Momentum!
