  Love this gym. My second home. Some of the best people I have met in my entire life. But, I digress. The workouts are amazing. They are interesting and effective. I feel really good afterwards. I am ready to tackle the day. I am a better person overall and have become stronger both mentally and physically.

  Awesome place! Staff is helpful & a joy to be with. You def get your money's worth here. I highly recommend it, even for beginners.

  Great place! Nice people. Cool warehouse atmosphere. Most importantly, you will get an amazing work out there. Mariana, the owner, is a very nice person and a first - rate coach with tons of knowledge for all skill levels. I highly recommend CrossFit Kryptonite.
