  Great place to get into shape. They keep you moving and make sure you stay within the limits. Very comfortable as a beginner and now pretty established here. Very happy my first told me about this place. Would highly recommend this gym. Ask for Chris.

  Awesome guys! They know what they are doing to get you into shape without injury. Very fun, yet challenging classes. I would highly recommend Kingsbro Crossfit.

  These guys are great, attentive teachers, with flexible class times, small numbers and varied workouts. Also, if you take advantage of their open gym hours, you can get some one-on-one time with the trainers to work on your specific goals. Love them!

  My life has changed. Feel stronger and definitely huge body transformation thanks to coaches at Kingsboro Crossfit. I first was scared because of things I heard of crossfit but coaches at this box listens to you and make sure you don't get injured. You should be the person who knows what the limits are, coaches don't know how your body feels. I highly recommend free class to see if you like it. Trust me I had personal trainers before and this is different.
