  Great experience while dropping into town at this gym! The owner was present (not always the case) and coached a great class. The people were very welcoming and the facility was exactly what you need for a fun crossfit experience. From one owner to another..... great job !

  I have been to one class before about a year ago with a friend and I decided to go back. I think that was the first bad decision of the day. The gym did not impress me; the instructor was ok. The employees on the other hand were not the nicest. The class was a little underwhelming, I could have got a better work out with an insanity dvd.

  Been a member here for a few years, and the community, coaching and programming is the best. Stop in for a day or join forever, either way you'll be glad you did. Love my hierarchy family! Best DC-proper gym, and I've dropped in to most of them.

  Visiting from Miami, and had the luck of coming here and had a great experience! A++ staff and programming! Don't hesitate to drop in, plus they have top notch equipment

  I was visiting in DC from the UK earlier this week and wanted to get a work out so I dropped in - the team were very friendly and had a great session programmes in. Coaching was well informed, everyone made me feel welcome and to top it all off, I was able to do a WOD for free. Absolutely fantastic, thanks for having me!
