  Dropped in to CrossFit Garden City from Toronto and had a great experience. Friendly staff, great communication arranging the drop in and the coaches are world class. Have been to 20+ CrossFit boxes throughout North America and CFGC is one of the best.

  This place is great. Great staff, great programming, coaching is excallent and facility is top notch. Shower available too.

  See Andras to heal up quick for any injuries or soreness. He is a fine professional and very knowledgeable.
