  Dropped in and loved it. Very welcoming gym with great coaches who make sure you're comfortable and ready before getting into the workout. Felt just like home.

  Every Crossfit box has a different vibe, but the gym in DUMBO is something really special in NYC. It’s a small, intimate, and encouraging place to foster a love for the sport of fitness. There’s community without people yelling like bro-cheerleaders. Darren the owner is a fitness veteran with a deep level of skill and knowledge in movement and anatomy which shows in how he coaches. And he and the head coach Jose do an excellent job programing WODs that they then properly scale to all kinds of athletes of all proficiency and ages.
