  I have been here 6 months after not really training for years. The coaches have been great to help me modify workouts to my abilities and the other CrossFitters have been a super encouraging community. Joining was one of the best decisions I made

  I've been a crossfitter for over six years now and have been to a few different boxes in my time. CrossFit DFW not only has quality programming and a knowledgeable, supportive coaching staff, but it is also where you'll find a close-knit community of like-minded people who are always happy to see a new face (so warm and welcoming!). I'm so thankful for my CrossFit family! Lance and Courtney (the owners) are so great at what they do (always organized - you should come to one of their events!, always professional, and always friendly). So happy I get to call them my "coaches" and my "friends."

  I am about to start my 5th year of CrossFit. I have had to find new homes 3 times now. It’s not easy to do that when you love the people you’ve left behind at the old location. From the moment I walked into DFW they made me feel welcome. The people have all been so great to me. The programming and coaching are fantastic and I get in a great workout each time and have fun doing it! I’m so happy to have found this place!

  I am approaching my 1 year anniversary at CF DFW and it's been a fun year full of learning, strength gaining, and health changes. The coaches are patient, focused, and dedicated to their athletes' goals, whatever they may be. In 11 short months I've discovered my love of Olympic lifting, am challenged every single day, and revel in the support that comes from my fellow Crossfitters at DFW.   Whether you're just starting you're fitness journey or you're a seasoned athlete, Crossfit DFW is the place to be. The coaches are amazing and so knowledgeable and the people are great. There is no way to feel out of place when your surrounded with such a great atmosphere. I've been a member for 2+ years and can't imagine getting my fitness fix anywhere else!
