  Great gym! Best programming I've seen. Community is very supportive. If you want to increase your health and performance, this is the place to do it.

  After six years of Crossfit I needed a change and came over to Cuspis because I was already friends with a few of the members here. I am blown away by how much we get done in the one hour classes, and the coaches are still able to keep a keen eye on each athlete to ensure safe and proper form, but also to push athletes to reach just a little higher and work just a little harder. The members have all been very welcoming and it didn't take long to feel like I was a part of their community. This is a great place to make good friends while improving your fitness!

  Wow! Finally, I have found a gym that works for me and my body! The minute I walked into the gym I felt very welcomed by the coaches and fellow trainers. The owners and coaches are amazing and truly care about their clients. They take the time to help you achieve your goals and make sure you are maintaining correct form. They are encouraging, supportive, experienced and truly are passionate about their profession. The WOD are strategically planned for the ultimate workout. I truly feel blessed to have found this gym. I highly recommend this gym! It has changed my life! From the bottom of my heart thank you coaches for all that you do and making me a stronger and healthier person!

  After moving to Denver and trying out a lot of different Crossfit Gyms across town I found my home. The people are amazing, the programming is fantastic, and my gains have been phenomenal. Its nice to go somewhere where the coaches and athletes all care for one another and have your best interest in mind when it comes to reaching your goals. If you don't stop by for a class you might have well just missed one of the best places Denver has to offer in the fitness industry.
