  Great team. Joey leads a great environment and makes a true personal connection with the members he really cares about each person. Very knowledgeable and leads by example. Would highly recommend if you need motivation or guidance to get in shape.

  I live out of town and came here as a drop-in the day after Thanksgiving. Staff was super helpful and friendly, it was the only class of the day so it was a pretty large group but the gym is organized efficiently and we all had plenty of space and equipment to workout. The coach Mike was great about coming up modifications to the workout to make sure everyone was getting exactly what they needed. He came around the room the entire time and pushed everyone to work their hardest. My squats will be forever changed after the tips he gave me, thanks Mike! My glutes are very grateful! Members and other drop ins were very friendly and there was a great vibe and community spirit. If I lived in the area I would definitely workout here! Will be dropping in next time I'm in town.

  It's a great place to workout ... Kinda like working out with others .... yet it's your own personal training session. It's worth it!!

  CFC is a place that is always welcoming! The coaches and members treat you like family. It's hands down the best box on the north shore.

  I've been a member for approximately three months, and I cannot begin to explain how awesome this gym/box is. From the moment that I started, everyone was and remains extremely welcoming. The gym has such an upbeat vibe... extremely inviting and family like atmosphere. In just about three months, I have seen a tremendous boost in my fitness level and capabilities. I have never been so determined and driven about my fitness and nutrition in my life. I attribute this to Joey's (Owner & Coach) commitment to providing intense focus on everyone's workout, regardless of ability level. This was the missing link for my fitness and personal goals. I recommend and will continue recommending CrossFit Commack and CrossFit in general to those I come in contact with. Simply put, if you have ever thought about trying CrossFit, contact this gym NOW!!! I promise it will be more than a worthwhile experience and you will not look back.
