  This place is one of the best gyms in New York! The workouts they offer and Coach Darrell and Mariel really care about your health. They don't just give you a workout and say do it. They actually make sure your form is perfect and that you are getting the results you want. This gym is more than a gym, it's a family! And that's just the Crossfit part of it, don't get me started on the boxing classes!!!! I am a happy customer.

  An energetic and motivating atmosphere where coaches and teammates doesn't allow you to quit. I lost 40lbs in 4 months through hard work and diet that was scaled to my body type and goals. As a first time member, I was given individual guidance to assist with form and technique. Becoming a member of Astetx is the best decision I've made in 2017. I recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about weight loss and fitness.

  I absolutely love this place!!!!!!!! you can tell the coaches love what they do! they're always finding new ways to improve the gym and the workouts. I love how we're all a family, everyone knows each other and we all motivate one another! The coaches are well educated and know exactly what you should be doing to reach your goals. I've been training with coach D for a while and the changes in my body are amazing!!!! I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!!!!!!!

  So happy I found a gym that's so supportive and energetic. The atmosphere, the people, the coach... AMAZING !!! I have no complaints. The Coach pushes you to limits you didn't think you could. With the support of his wife and memebers there, any of your fitness goals are possible.
