  I highly recommend CF103 for anyone looking to get achieve their fitness/life/nutrition goals, whatever they may be. It’s always a little intimidating to join a group or class or gym knowing that you’re out of shape and wondering how others will look at you but I’ve experienced nothing but great, supportive members and coaches here. Always encouraging and everyone wants to see you achieve your personal best no matter how small an achievement it is, all forward progress is celebrated. I started in the 6 week challenge, a great way to get back into the swing of things. If you’re thinking about getting back into it or starting for the first time, definitely look into CF103.

  I have tried many different health clubs/gyms over the years in my effort to lose weight, gain muscle and just be healthier over all. I wasn’t successful at any of them. Then I joined the Crossfit103 family and this has changed. I felt comfortably and welcome from the first day on. I actually enjoy and look forward to going to class. The instructors and even the other members are all amazing. They are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, passionate and compassionate. I have lost 20 lbs and almost 2 pants sizes in 5 weeks.   Went to Crossfit 103 yesterday and loved how knowledgeable the coaches, trainers and all the employees are. They answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable to ask. If you don't think you can do it just go and let them just explain how it works. The owner and the employed are so great I recommend it to anyone you wants to get a healthy lifestyle. Thanks guys!

  CrossFit 103 is awesome! They help you build and maintain your new lifestyle with their 6-Week Challenge. I love this place and the community they have created there. No matter what stage of fitness, or lack of, you are in, this place has your back. If you’re on the fence, or not 100% sure if these guys are for you, JUST JOIN. You won’t regret it!
