Business Owners - Read This I met with several banks regarding an SBA 7a loan for a franchise. I did not appreciate Mark's approach to the process. He gave the impression that I had little chance of getting approved because his process is so rigorous (I have great credit and am well capitalized). I fully understand having your ducks in a row when applying to get the loan, and I did before we even met, but it's not a one shot and you're approved or denied. Through a lot of research, I learned there are commercial loan advisors/consultants. These guys' sole mission is to get you funding and have special relationships with private money banks that are SBA Preferred Lending Partners (some of which prefer funding to franchises.) I won't mention the one I went with so this does not appear to be an advertisement, but due your research. Work with someone who cares about your aspirations and goals.

I had a horrible experience with this bank. They will basically bully you after you sign that contract. They forced me to do a deed on two extra buildings for collateral which is very unusual. The customer doesn't have a saying and it is all about the bank. The interest rates and fees are out of proportion. I would stay away from this bank.

Brandon Grant is one of the best! You won’t regret doing business with him or this bank.

We are a small family business that has been operating in the community since 1986. Mr. Tony Leveque and the entire team at Central Bank and Trust were instrumental in helping us purchase our newest building and open our 5th location in 2014. Equally or more important is the way that they have supported us in the face of this global COVID 19 pandemic. They were the first to reach out to us to see how they could be of support and assistance. Not only did they help us with our mortgage payments but Senior Vice President David Harline quickly helped us apply and receive our PPP loan before the funds were gone. In addition, he helped one of our affiliates in Denver apply and receive the PPP funds as well. We cannot thank the team at Central Bank and Trust enough. I highly encourage businesses to work with this great team!

Tony Leveque is amazing! He helped me purchase my first commercial building and helped with me with my business loan as well. I will be a life long client with these guys. The process was smooth and although this was a huge step for us, I felt like we were in good hands and never had a worry!
