  Derek Graber and his team are wonderful! My husband and I purchased our first home through cross country mortgage; we would have been lost without them! Every question we had was answered immediately and we were walked through each step of the process. I would definitely recommend this company! Mahalo for all the hard work!

  I just purchased a home on the big Island and had the privilege of working with Derrick Graber. I am disabled and a single dad which is a tough on a good day. I'm fortunate to have had a professional like Derrick take a personal interest in my situation and work with me through the entire process, you would think that being in my situation would simplify the amount of documentation necessary to complete the loan but it only made it more difficult. Derrick worked with me during the entire time and closed the mortgage and I am so glad to be in my own house and to have had Derricks help. Mahalo Anthony Zannini

  Derek Graber was our loan officer. He listened to our reasons for re-financing our mortgage and from there fitted us to a loan that will help us deal with being retired. He was very informative and kept me informed as the process continued. He is a very pleasurable person to talk to. He is an asset to any company that he works for. Bless you Derek.

  Derek was outstanding to work with for the purchase of my new home. He was extremely personable, communicative and made what is usually such an overwhelming process so much easier. Because he had been proactive and took care of the heavy lifting during the pre-qualification process, everything was ready to go and we hit the ground running once our offer was accepted. He handled everything on the back end with my realtor and our escrow agent, so that our family could focus on the big move. Great customer service from the whole team and easy to work with!
