  We really like the professionalism that Mr. Gomez displayed while he did the full exterior treatment to our home, today. He did an excellent job. He really went above and beyond the others in the treatment. Thank you very much for your attention to detail. This the first time ever that we have seen any one granulated the bushes and every plant. The BEST job ever by any one of your employees!

  There spray made my puppy sick.... So I asked that they not come any more. They harassed me for months to pay them for the remainder of the 1 year contract. I refused because I was told they were safe for my pets and kids... I just wanted to be done with it... No big deal but they would not stop.

  Will never use or recommend to anyone!! Before I got into a contract with Croach I looked up the reviews online which were good. I decided to go ahead and sign but BIG MISTAKE!! First visit was HORRIBLE! They did a half *** job! Complained and left several messages finally they had someone else come and do the job right. He was very nice and I asked for him to come again or be the main person to come and do the job but everytime they had someone different. They were either always late or NEVER CAME AT ALL. They would apologize but it would interrupt with my work schedule. I have missed a couple hours of work because they were never show. Once my contract ended I cancelled my services. They had asked what was the reason of cancellation and I told them please check your long list of how many times I called into complain. They apologize and gave me a 2% discounted rate for the whole year BUT I would only be eligible for 2 % discount if I paid them 1 whole year upfront for services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Pest Control Company. Stop wasting your time with other companies that come to your house and maybe spray some water and send you a bill. These guys know what they're doing and they will fix all your pest problems! Very happy my neighbor recommended them to me. I already recommended them to everyone I know!
