  I have been buying floral arrangements from Crimson Rose for many years. The proprietor Anne is very friendly and great to deal with. I have never been disappointed with an arrangement.

  Beyond the fact that my customer service experience was genuinely friendly, warm and courteous, Annie made my wife an arrangement that got the best reaction from any present I've ever given her in 22 years, including the engagement ring.
