  Awful experience. I came there to trade in my phone. I clearly said no insurance but they added it anyway so I had to waste time to cancel it and no money back just a credit on my phone bill. Then they asked if i needed a case for my new phone, I said no. Well they gave it me one for free. They clearly stated it was on a house, using their words. Imagine my surprise when I found out on my receipt later that I actually paid for it. I even mentioned that strange looking charge to the girl who worked there she said it is just part of trading. Hope $24.99 really made a huge difference since they went all the way to get it.
