  awesome improvements, compare to a couple of months when they had horrible reps, there always welcomed with a smile, answer all questions

  Bad customer service! I used to come here because it was closer to my home but now it's so bad I rather go to the main office on country club. Wait time is longer but their customer service is way better, always friendly not like the stuck up girl that was there tonight!

  Bad customer service. I called to ask questions. I will not pay activation fee when online is free. I was still talking to agent on the phone she straight up hung up on me. I tried to call back to get her name and she kept answering and hanging up the phone.
