  They never answer the phones and if you can reach them they pretty much don't know anything. Many other stores to shop.skip this place

  I purchased a Stylo 3 and was advised to get insurance because of the cost being over $200. for the phone. I was unaware of purchasing another phone would cancel out my insurance for the previous phone is what I was told. Well looks like that information I received was not accurate. I finally got around to placing my claim through the right department I will be receiving my new phone in a day or two. The staff over at Broadway and 25th are a great team however it would be to their benefit to get updated on claim policies. As a loyal customer I think I will inform them of what i discovered about purchasing a phone and having insurance on your previous phone.. Congrats to Liliana and her new born. Sincerely Jannell

  Bought a phone on a Sunday Afternoon $19.99 /$25 activate/$30 cheapest plan. Try and return it next day all in tact even factory reset because the guy told me I had 7days to return it.. The girl said I have to pay them to return it since all the fees were non refundable and $25 restocking fee😡. And it isn't so much that I basically got robbed even worse than sprint did me, it was her ugly attitude towards the whole situation talking to me from across the room. Like you know this is gonna upset me why not just say ill be right with you. Then give me this bad news in a more courtieus and professional manner. Hope others don't make the same mistake I did.

  Quite simply Viviana she's one of the best people I know she's absolutely an amazing store manager if you have to deal with Cricket which is not the greatest company to deal with most times she's the best person to help you all these settings and everything in your phone she really does her job she goes beyond the Call of Duty absolutely adore and love her
