  This is a kiosk in the center of the mall. They tend to hire people that are very young and not necessarily knowledgeable about their products and services.

  This place sucks. I asked for help. And they deleted all my downloads (not apps). I didn't ask for then to delete. All i asked if it can be put on my SD card. Now i have no idea how to get it back. I will delete my low star once i get this fixed plus my back up got deleted
